Exhibition ‘Natural Medicine – Gifts from Nature’ in The Natural History Museum, Chiba
This exhibition will focus on the specimen collection of Former Chiba Prefectural Medicinal Plant Garden. The collection includes plants, animals, and minerals that serve as crude drugs have been used in Japanese folk medicines and traditional Chinese medicines. This exhibition will introduce about natural medicines, treasure trove of wisdom passed down since ancient times, from the perspectives of natural and human history.
Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Science, Chiba University also support this exhibition. Professor Mami Yamazaki is appearing on the talk show with the original author of ‘The Apothecary Diaries’.
